If you've woken up, great. Now stop, forget about it. Let it go. Don't cling even to this. Keep practicing as if nothing ever happened. The narratives you create around your awakening are even more dangerous than what you've woken up from.

Forgetting that they are just that: temporary. It's easy to get duped by the myth of the "Big E", that one experience that'll destroy all your negative thoughts/feelings forever and keep the good ones intact. Experience is suffering, there's a reason that's the first noble truth.

Insights are not meant to make everything better automatically. They're meant to teach you something which you can then use skillfully. They still have to be applied and integrated in each moment.
