To stop asking what the right thing is to believe, and start asking what is the most useful action to take in each circumstance.

I thought the idea of buddhism is that samsara can’t be fixed. It also sounds like the world in your mind’s eye is a static thing.

I'm not very interested in Buddhism. What do you mean by "it also sounds like the world in your mind's eye is a static thing"?

My intention of using ‘static world’ is the seeming presumption we are sharing a particular world that has a shared destiny. The earth is not literally a noun. It appears that way, but I haven’t seen alot of evidence to show the appearance isnt chaotically shifting and branching.

For all intents and purposes I'm comfortable presuming that and acting as if we all live in a relatively shared world, because living in this way is most conducive to reducing suffering. I couldn't care less about the metaphysical truth or falsity of that presumption.

....and how is it bhikkus, that by protecting oneself one protects others? By the pursuit, development, and cultivation of Satipatṭhāna [The Four Foundations of Mindfulness] - Samyutta Nikaya 47.19 ..others suttas end with patience.

There is a lot of metaphysical truth vs non metaphysical truth debate among Buddhist. All phenomena are inherently empty. There is no mythology. Metaphysical Buddhist need to realize this to avoid wrong view. Non metaphysical Buddhist need to know this to stop arguing.

My understanding of emptiness is that it's not just a brute metaphysical statement, but rather a way of viewing and navigating our experience. Emptiness is the negation of ideological or storied lenses.
