Serious question. When we get a new Dem govt. can we audit them and make them repay, or jail?

I was a federal employee..if I did a 1/10th of what this man has done I would be thrown in prison. I went through background investigations every 5 years (and some TSC’s). I would have been ripped apart if I lied about anything or was found to have accepted unauthorized payments.
