We have now talked to 49 undocumented immigrants who worked for @realdonaldtrump. They worked at 11 different properties, doing everything from hauling grapes for Trump wine to ironing Trump’s own underclothes.
Even while @realdonaldtrump was attacking immigrants just like them.
This story was revelatory b/c it was a chance to measure @realdonaldtrump’s character twice. How did he handle immigration (his signature issue) when nobody was watching, and breaking his principles could boost his bottom line? Then: what did he do when everybody *was* watching?
