Suspect when it’s with NYAG there’s some muscle to enforce the agreement. A stiffed contractor who’s already out $$$$$ can’t afford more to go back to court to enforce. The AG has more power. And remember the “charity” included Jr and Ivanka. Take them in to enforce.
