Strong economy and continued weak wages/benefits mean there's no incentive to show loyalty to a company that clearly doesn't value you. Wanna end ghosting? Pay high wages and bring back pensions

I'd feel bad for employers, but with Right to Work laws in Nebraska I am fine with employees saying they have a Right to Work Elsewhere.
