You are missing the point though. 'Whitelisting' and then reviewing later isn’t what the advertisers want. They don’t want their ads anywhere near anything that might have blow back for them. Manual reviews would have to happen BEFORE they go live
You're still not getting it. We're not asking for entitlement or rules to not be enforced. We're talking about fixing a broken system. Even if YT is fully legally right, being callus towards their content creators is bad for business.

To make any content they wish and not have to delay their videos while the content is checked. You either tailor content to be fully family safe or if you want to make content that is on certain subjects you have to find advertisers directly. You can’t have both

I'm asking for change. Something fair for all parties. I'm not a lawyer, PR expert, advertiser or content creator. I don't have a concrete answer. I just see that the system we have now is unbalanced and should be corrected. I do have some ideas if you're interested.
