    In Super Lucky's Tale Guardian Trails DLC, the logo for the puzzle trails appears to look like a Jiggy from . Whether this is a reference or not is unknown.

    While is known for their object with eyes setting, there were several more enemies that didn't make the cut including a fake collectible strawberry (when the objective was collecting fruit). Though not seen in the image other ideas included fake molehill Chompas.

    While the spelling of Banjo's catchphrase has many interpretations based on the sound, the official spelling of it is "Gu-Huh" this can be seen in 's sequel Banjo-Tooie on the split up pad.

    When creating a promotional images for the Fangamer Jinjo plush, they were originally going to use a 3D print of the Jinjonator model from Super Smash bros Ultimate but due to scaling issues they opted to spray paint a preexisting plush.

    The 2nd Birthday Minecraft skin pack added a standalone Kazooie skin, a Banjo and Kazooie skin, and a Gruntilda skin. All three featured additional geometry instead of being flattened for Steve's base mesh.
