It was extremely stressful as it took a bit too long to respond . I would highly recommend offering at minimum online live support.

You have to take drastic measures to even get an acknowledgement. It’s ridiculous and they think this is positive? Saying thank you is good manners, it doesn’t indicate that the experience was positive.
