@Facebook spends more time tweeting than giving a crap about their users. Sent my ID in 5 weeks ago and didn’t do anything with it and now my account is disabled saying “ineligible” probably because you guys didn’t do anything with it. We need help but won’t get any

Oh look another post from Facebook! Why are you happy to tweet but not help those who have had their accounts wrongly disabled! Mine has been off for a month! A simple reply to our tweets would at least be polite! Fed up with automated forms and just want to speak to a human!
