@Facebook need some help getting access to my account. Filled in the webform and have not had a response.
Have you tried reinstalling your authentication app? If you still can’t receive your two-factor authentication codes, please refer to this article: https://www.facebook.com/help/147926301947841 …. I have reinstalled the app, unfortunately I can’t restore the link. I have already used that link identify link before which asked me to send in id which I have done. I get a you have submitted your id please wait for a an email to confirm this but not heard back.

I am having the same problem. I lost my access to the mobile number I've provided and as per checking with the phone company, it's already been expired. This two-way authentication factor is ON on my security settings. I can't access my account anymore.
