The problem is @Facebook ...it the hacker activated 2FA. That’s why I need support. He used my credit card and extorted $200 from me.
I am struggling to understand how you can answer these enquiries within hours & completely ignore the pleas for help to reaccess our accounts? Despite damage done to our accounts and security, do you think we are spending hours tweeting at every opportunity for the sake of it?
How can @brentjlewis activate 2 factor authentication @facebook when he is locked out of his own account? Not only has it been hacked once, but been sold & had his security broken into multiple times and money extorted from him. He can’t report his own account. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
