Why are you guys consistently updating your official Twitter page with self congratulatory bullshit while the comments contain tons of upset and confused people reaching out about being unable to access their long-standing accounts? Is that in fashion this spring?

Because Facebook is not interested on feedbacks or comments. They live in another planet.

Hey Facebook: I’m using my account since 2014 without any problem but recently Facebook team disabled my account for absolutely no reason and they say I’m eligible ! I really need help couse that Facebook account is my life and there’s alot of important stuff and memories there

I had my account since 2009 and I also have a lot of things and memories there. A week ago, a friend of mine passed me the words of those who have been trying to make me leave Facebook for awhile, even managing to have FB decide that I have passed away three times.

I have a problem about Facebook has been disabled my account since 12th this month and hasn't returned my account back, and I also tried to identify in order to get my account back but there's no answer.

Sorry to hear about this! To clarify are you referring to your LinkedIn account? If so, can you send me a DM with your full name as well as the email linked to your account? If this is in regard to your Facebook account, you would need to reach out to them directly, thanks! -TK
