Agree with Dr. Scott, pretty hard to establish a definitive link with COVID-19 when some of the victims of this new syndrome test negative for COVID-19.

That dismisses the facts that: -children are often asymptomatic, therefore not tested -viral levels that are below the sensitivity of tests -viral infection outside the respiratory system -lack of an immune response to SARS2 -the low testing rates of children

Regardless of how or even if it's related we're in deep doo doo worldwide. Until all holys aka half evolved get their 🐍asses together and admit what they did in 1919 arkangel Russia nothing's going to change. It all links to massive saturations of pollution and climate change.

Study from Italy in the Lancet confirmed link between MIS-C & CV19. Study in University of Cambridge also confirmed link. And don’t forget 2005 study of New Haven CV that confirmed link to Kawasaki type toxic shock.

Is "We normally we have 3,000 - 6,000 cases of Kawasaki Disease per year" a valid statement? Before Covid-19, what caused those?

To my knowledge the cause of Kawasaki remains big a mystery to the pediatric community. It’s been baffling Pediatricians for years.

This is another example of how our country's lack of timely testing & testing guidelines to only test the symptomatic are coming back to haunt us. Because children are often asymptomatic, they haven't been tested

Children have lower infection rates because schools have been closed. This may change when schools open. We need to plan carefully and deploy an aggressive testing surveillance strategy. We also need research studies now!
