. Whichever side of the debate you are on, revoking Art50 is the best way to TAKE BACK CONTROL of #BREXIT. If MPs won’t support the WA, revoke then plan to leave in a managed way. Alternatively, carve a legit route to remain via the 3Rs: REVOKE, REFERENDUM, REMAIN.

Twenty years ago on Monday 7th November, #Gibraltar voted NO to diluting our exclusively British sovereignty by 99% to 1%. Just like 1967, our feelings have not changed today. We'll NEVER countenance diluting our exclusively British sovereignty or our jurisdiction or control.

James "Jimmy" Dalmedo has been a Government driver for 42 years. In that time, he has driven all five Chief Ministers. I felt it only fair that on his last working day before retirement, it was his turn to be driven home in G1 by the current Chief Minister. I will miss you Jimmy!

The gorgeous Valentina Grace was born at 1.43am on 17/12/17 at 6lbs 13oz. She was late. So she's grounded for the next twenty years! Mother is doing better than fine. Brothers are excited about meeting the creature from mummy‘s tummy. Dad’s in love. Many thanks to Beata & Hamish.

Under the New Year's Eve Agreement only Gibraltar will decide who enters Gibraltar & Spanish officers will not exercise any controls in Gibraltar at the Airport or Port now or in four years time. This is our land. Couldn't be clearer.

Today I had to collect the rubbish of some who had enjoyed a McDonalds takeout yesterday up the Rock at the Great Siege Tunnels. The dustbin was literally 10 metres away (& wasn't full). Totally unacceptable & selfish. I have made a report to the police for litter offences.

have designed a vaccination record card which we produce in-house. It is issued upon having your second dose. Its a plastic card so that you do not risk damaging it if wet. Please keep it safe.

In order to leave no doubt whatsoever and ensure utter clarity of the UK/Gibraltar positions, the UK has today responded to the EU Council and Commission declarations, asking that the response be sent to the EU Head of Govt, which includes the Prime Minister of Spain.

Zero active cases in Gibraltar 🇬🇮 for the first time since 21st July 2020. Thank you to everyone that has helped us to achieve this magical milestone. We will have more cases in future, but I believe that we are beyond the worst now - subject to variants and other surprises.

Gibraltar is going into "lock down". More of our businesses will have to close. We will be confined to our homes unless we are doing prescribed activities. We have to do this to slow the virus. We will review things every 48 hours. The frontier will NOT close.

This morning I managed to make to make it to the top of #TheRock on the e-bike again. I know it's not as hard as a normal bike, but it's hard for me and I just would not even try on a normal bike, for now at last. It's also a LOT of fun and healthy.
