    #AskingForAFriend 🇱🇧 has very large gold reserves (2nd in the Arab world, more than 20 EU member states). Law 42/86 stipulates that no one can use the gold except on the basis of parliamentary legislation. As reforms are needed, people & country in crisis, should it be used now?
