Part of the crime plan must address recruitment and retention! We are 500 police short and it is showing! The city has to make this a more attractive place to work

Our officers encounter dangerous situations & put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe. Today, a BaltCo police officer was shot in the line of duty. I am praying for a full recovery & ask residents to keep the officer & their family in our thoughts.
