In 2006 I sold my high end World of Warcraft account for $2,500. I spent 3,000 hours playing. That's $0.87 an hour

Another big pro for gaming: it is active learning and learning is best done through direct experience. Compare to listening to a teacher lecture, reading a book, or watching a video (all passive learning by default).

Yes the gaming trend + Crypto incentives has no sign of reversal. Looking forward for more well designed crypto games being developed to push & redefine the definitions in the space

are you thinking of crypto being integrated into games to replace ex. WoW gold? wouldn't that impose strict KYC/AML? because vast majority of gamers are under 18

“Correlation does not mean causation” is what I thought when looking at the labor force table. You can find any evidence you can think of in the data. Without proper and careful statistical analysis it can be a false finding. Seek for confounding variables first.

Curious how post-65 employment is up similar% to the drop in employment for young men. Is a correlation between older people having to work longer careers a stronger one than blaming video games for making kids lazy?

The twist is that you’ll have to propose a bulletproof value prop to multiple gaming companies to allow marketplaces that uses crypto to thrive. How would you enable P2P trading between multiple games, cross-platform, using crypto?
