        I would not be too concerned about FE England. It is an absolute disgrace what has been allowed to happen to it. FE Scotland is bad but it is nothing compared to the low pay and appalling conditions of service that exist in England.

        Oh my goodness, you seem like you mean well in trying to highlight that Jo is not a traditional candidate, but this Tweet reads like an insult. Dr Grady is literally an expert in industrial relations, I am quite sure she understands this role.
