Carole becomes CEO after serving as the founding Executive Director of FCM’s Policy and Public Affairs department. She has built a public affairs practice within FCM that has led to a more powerful national voice for municipalities.
Carole’s leadership has been crucial in securing some of FCM’s most significant gains, including historic investments in municipal infrastructure funding, capacity building programs and more.
This is also a historic moment for FCM. Carole is proudly the first woman to serve as CEO in FCM’s 119-year history.
