I think the overuse of the word illegal these days by the government is only leading to the word losing its impact. Soon enough nobody will care what's illegal and what isn't. If simply going too far from home is illegal, why not try a bit of shoplifting if you're short on cash?

My holiday in Feb to a country with almost no covid and 6 deaths has been cancelled. Sunshine , fresh air and vitamin are considered more dangerous to me and puts UK public at greater health risk than if I stay in this bonkers plague pit. How many 80 yr olds will this idiocy save
