    Fun fact about auctions: today, they're conducted electronically, but Auction 2 (July 28-29, 1994) was an "oral outcry" auction: we said bidders "need only raise a bidding card, shout out the bid or instruct a bid assistant . . . to call out the bid."

    Don’t give personal information to a caller claiming to be from Medicare. You can’t trust caller id. These calls can be spoofed so they look like they’re coming from Medicare even when they’re not.
