All the stolen money of poor countries end up in rich western countries.
Many accumulate their ill-gotten money in developed countries as such countries are safe heavens for criminals. FATF must also look into such matters as well which are not only increasing North South disparity also proving an incentive to carry on with their malpractices
The so called big countries are giving shelters to such few Criminals. UK and UAE r heaven for such criminals There must be some rules for these Big Countries otherwise this will never be stopped
