Back in the day when I was a new pilot I perceived ATC as the disembodied voice of god, judging me and my shortcomings as a struggling pilot as I tried to follow their rapid fire instructions

I found that 99.5% of all controllers were very accommodating when I mentioned “student pilot” or asked them to repeat

Thanks Andreas, we're glad to have helped! Having human controllers online 15 hours a day, 7 days a week with an accurate simulation of radio frequencies is an important feature of the service.
