  7. Art 14 of Basic Law shows PLA has no power to "voluntarily" help to clear roadblocks set by protesters. It'll not violate the BL only if HK Gov takes the initiative to ask PLA to do so. If so, it'll be a grave precedent that HK Gov may invite PLA to deal with internal problems.

  17. At around 7:30am this morning, a youngster was shot by live round in chest. He had no weapon in hand and caused no immediate harm to the officer before gun was pulled on him. So is it the norm for police to use real guns for no reason now????
