It's not about being funny... it's dehumanizing propaganda like military's use. It's the type were they make it easier for a soldier to kill someone without remorse. I guess we just sit back and see if this round or memes sets off some more psychotic right wing killers.

Sadly, you're right. Any and all types of media can be used as a method of propaganda, however subtle, and that includes memes. Especially memes, because with humor, there's always plausible deniability that goes with it.
