to break the habit, if you do it in friendlies, verbally acknowledge it or have someone do it. bonus points if you pause it and try to explain why you thought it was your best option at the time and think of alternatives

I’ve been cutting down on it, but today i was playing super sus and was just overall really flustered and chose a lot of panic options. it feels like such a good option, but its not ;(
