yeah its super unfortunate, i bought so many games over the last year and now that means nothing, and my physical ones i didnt redeem still are worth practically the same which is also fucked

the reward system for it is honestly so bad. You have to but a shit ton of games to even make a dent on an expensive purchase. If i got compensated for the games i have, 9$ doesnt make a dent in a 60$ game
