fthrow: di up and away, try to jump away as fast as you can after the throw. if you feel like you wont be able to jump out in time, go for an airdodge, then it becomes a 50/50 situation. the only time EVER you should di in from fthrow is from 0-20, because fthrow > bfish wont hit

Yep that’s cause you never win neutral in the first place most of the time. You throw needles to pester me, but you get too caught up in it and let me inch closer in the process.
