yes, the Ugandan Knuckles meme is obviously racist
The voice is racist on its own tbh because its stereotyping/mocking how ugandans talk. The only part of the meme that isnt racist is the knuckles itself since it originated from something else, but now even that is being associated with racism, which sucks :/

Yeah I mean he was speaking with the intent of imitating an “african accent” (again there’s no such thing as African panguages are not a monolith) the whole time so yes even the voice by itself is racist.
