any advice to improve movement? no matter how much time i spend in the lab i always feel constricted in matches
Practice it for like 30 mins everyday, then in friendlies with someone youre super comfortable with. This part is important bc if its friendlies with chepper123 you feel like you have to play your best. After you get it more consistently in friendlies start trying in bracket.

You wont get it every time you try in bracket, but just try it out every once in a while. Lets use sheik cbounce needles. If i throw someone offstage, i’ll run in cbounce just to see if i get it. If i do, i try for it again. If i dont, i stop trying it altogether
