      probably not new information but i was messing around with sheiks dair again. I’ve always know that the spike hit locks at early%’s but could never figure out a way to get it until now. But the problem now is: are there any follow ups we could get off of this?pic.twitter.com/AG0HH9nTGr

      I was typing out an explaination as you sent this. With the sheik bot you have to angle it a certain way which doesnt allow you to utilt in time. Against the duck hunt bot i was able to bc his hurtbox is bigger

      You always can, but for some characters (like sheik) you have to angle the dair a super weird way, which makes it possible to be able to get the utilt in time. I got the utilts against dhd since his hurtbox is bigger

      Oh wait I think we're thinking different things here. I thought Chippy was saying why wouldn't you just utilt in the first place instead of dair (also my thoughts). You seem to be talking about the ability to utilt after dair
