thats fair. I have rosa there bc of how rosas been doing, especially recently. Mewtwo hasnt been doing as well lately, but still top 16+
I'd probably move charizard and pac up 1 tier each, but they still dont have notable results

I was thinking swap them. I think Pac is one of the worst characters in the game. You have more Pac exp than me though, so I could be wrong

pac is bad, but not bottom tier. his only downsides are his laggy moves, grab, and inability to get in. he relies on patience, which hurts
