3 x 200 = 600. 3 x 70 = 210. 3 x 7 = 21. 3 x 1 = 3. (All of those products equal up to 835 while being divisible by 3) 200 + 70 + 7 + 1=278, and there's 1 left over, so 278.3!

3x300=900 3x22=66 900-66=834 So (900-66)=>3x(300)-3x(22) Therefore, 835 ~ 3x(278) with 1 leftover
