Low execution easy chars def carry in mid/high lvl where execution overall is shit+cloud had 9-1 ass matchups but top lvl cloud vs other broken chars required hot fucking fundies
every top player had a cloud, and they all had good execution because they were good players with an understanding of neutral but the amount of clouds who beat people like zero, dabuz, light, sam, etc and now don’t nearly perform as well as they used to is nuts

Pretty much all the Clouds on that level are either still pretty much the same level they were like Tweek, Leo, Ned, Matty, etc or just don’t play the game
