How would this Patreon work? Would there be ones for NE and all separate states within, or a unified one that would divy up funds and allow for a more centralized Region? Could people send one time donations exclusively to their preferred PR if the later is the case?
also Unless you have someone willing to volunteer to do a graphic for free (which is very rare), that shit cost money and is not cheap.
