Squirtles not bad, with his really strong/unique movement, small size and good moves he's a solid character

He is somewhere around mid-mid low, but that's in pm where many characters in that tier have won brackets and are viable. He's mostly held back by his high barrier of entry and thus lesser results. He's not bottom tier, theirs only like 1-3 character that can be now
