if you’re not having fun AND performing poorly taking a small break while also studying sets and taking self notes is pretty helpful, gives you a new perspective and when you enter again you instinctively start playing different, helps a ton

I actually am having a lot of fun playing lately but I play bracket and just lose to myself I feel like a lot of times I’ve lost my last 5 events to sd’s in last game situations

sounds more mental than physical regarding execution, taking a break or even attending less tournaments for a bit puts less stress on you overall and you’ll play better
