I still think that pika is better than joker for a few reasons, but mainly because Pika is absolutely busted in pretty much every way, while yes joker is very strong with arsene, since that is only temporary, I don't really see how pika isn't better than joker.

Especially with all the shit pika can do, and has done, but both characters are pretty hard to play and aren't 'braindead'
