I disagree Someone winning vs one person doesn’t mean the mu is good And you don’t need to infinite Wolf, just drag him offstage and edgeguard him with the rat
at WORST its even but even though his offstage presence is bad his onstage presence is really good, beating pikachu in neutral a lot of the time by outspacing and trading hits, favoring wolf bc he can stop all pikas multihits by trading with his single hits, and doing more damage

It might be even at best Pika has so many more reliable ways to kill Wolf via confirms and edgeguarding, while Wolf has to rely on stray hits and his occasional tech chase confirms or fair bair Hitting a smaller character with a descending aerial has always been problematic

Wolf nair and shff bair does all the work also esam goes g3/g5 with every wolf he plays; zackray, larry, cdk, k9, and even though he wins most of those can be chalked up to him just being better than them (and zackray going lucina g1) wolfs “strays” are semi safe & poke shields
