Theres literally no way someone can actively play characters like Lucina and Palutena at every tournament and say they gain genuine joy from playing them and don’t ever get bored from them. they are so fucking boring and easy that it’s just not even fun to win with them

As someone who has won once or twice in my time i can safely say: winning is not always fun, especially if you have to play a super lame way to win; ie sharp vs dm, me vs brevity

i used to hate playing lucina but recently i’ve been enjoying her a lot because holding forward after every hit and mixing up your opponent over and over to get long strings is super satisfying when it works
