Let's reel this back a little bit: We are sorry there was no PR graphic. The reason we are frustrated is because we, as TOs/seeders/panelists/everything else, deal with a lot in this region and it feels like it's all for nothing when posts like this happen.

Do you understand why we are responding the way we are?

Yes I understand why Exciled is pissed, cuz he puts in a lot of work and I’m upset about something we don’t have. I feel it should be standard that we have the basic things that every other region easily has.

Putting expectations and standards on volunteers is exactly why a lot of them get burnt out and quit/take breaks. Something to consider.

I think you guys both have very valid points. From DM’s POV, NE exposure is lacking compared to other regions, and although minimal, a lack of a PR graphic won’t help that. I think he’s trying to say we need to do better as a community. He’s not trying to attack anyone

On the flip side, it’s understandable that it’s a lot of expectation to put on the TOs and such without any outside help. It is unfair to y’all.

the problem lies in dms in-effort to actually help, instead he opts to complain constantly on sm. we’re real people with finite budgets and lives outside of smash and when we get attacked for something like that and not receive any help is outright insulting

This is also a very fair point. Which is why I think if we want good things we need to band together as a community and not just place the burden on a tiny group
