Pikachu over rated slightly. Character loses to like 4+ characters(Mario, Yoshi, Snake, Peach and MAYBE Samus/Lucina where as Joker loses to two??(BIG MAYBE)

pikachu HARD beats samus, mu was 7:3 in 4 and is worse in this game, pika beats lucina, ur just better than dm you forgot to mention gnw, ness, and maybe pichu for losing

Pika's biggest strength is movement, chars that can neutralize that by putting some combo of safe/disjointed/active frames in space pika wants to cross stop them. Turn tjolt into a liability so they can't force you to approach. Ness/g&w is a perfect storm of these qualities

Super hard agree lol, you described exactly how his match ups work. I just think G&W is not as hard as Ness because he dies earlier, so play tacticaly by spamming dtilt and dash attack and hard percents, but super annoying of course.
