yeah. Only mus close to being that bad would be like, greninja yoink palu. everything with pika has no endlag and is safe on block, even with sdi he cant escape the nair loops, and he gets edgeguarded for free. Pikachu literally has an answer for everything and outclasses bowser
Yeah, I also think it's probably pika, or palu.
Palu is pretty bad but there legitimate counterplay to a lot of her options; nair on shield isn’t safe, ftilt her at ledge, even suicide-b offstage with a stock lead always kills her (except for town/smashville)’mm
