joker peach and mario are all crazy good and with the first 2 are still crazy overtuned, i think at best inkling would be above peach but i’m biased with sam going h2h with leo recently idt gnw should be higher than top 15, hes another character that fluctuates with the meta

hes very good but at top level requires a lot of discipline, which is why i believe he could eventually fall into the fluctuating tier regardless i love bowser and want him to stay good
