Why do you think pikachu loses to Luigi?
luigi can combo pikachu relatively easy as he’s not significantly taller than pika, 0-death works well on pika, and luigi can’t match pikas spacing tools and win trades, as well as break out of combos with nair and downb, as well as punish bad options on shield with upb

I agree with most of these but a good pika player is not gonna be dump enough to get grabbed at low % since almost all of Luigi's other moves are negative on hit or lead to nothing. Gimping Luigi is easy and getting off ledge against him isn't that hard. Plus if you get a lead

i know dm struggles a bit with luigi rn but i’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and say hes just inexperienced/bad at the mu. regardless, pika does shit on luigi offstage but its never as easy as it seems, any good luigi will prove
