No, bc pika loses 2 mus, Gnw and Ness. Joker loses more than 2 mus.
this is where opinions differ, i believe pika loses more, including mario and possibly luigi, and joker at worst loses to pika and pichu

Imo I think joker loses to pika, pichu, megaman, gnw, maybe sheik.

jfc okay i don’t have time to explain all of these bc i’m at work but i can say from watching high lvl play and from experience that sheik/gnw at BEST go even if not slight slight lose to joker, mm is more even, palu is even, and joker i see more joker favor

Why do you think pikachu loses to Luigi?

luigi can combo pikachu relatively easy as he’s not significantly taller than pika, 0-death works well on pika, and luigi can’t match pikas spacing tools and win trades, as well as break out of combos with nair and downb, as well as punish bad options on shield with upb
