also he needs more than a “slight nerf” to arsene, that shit needs to be gutted. It inflates hitboxes, does insane damage, and overall makes joker a significantly more broken char on top of that, he needs nerfs to either his frame data, his damage output, or just single moves

His frame data is super crazy lol, and his neutral is lowkey buns. Don’t see the point in fitting Arsene, think it would be healthier to nerf his time active and how fast it decreases at that point.

his neutral is insanely good, he has broken anti approach and anti air options, moves that are mostly safe on shield unless you are one of like 5 chars (gnw, mario, doc, etc who get bodied in other ways), does insane shield damage to the point where he can just poke and kill

i more or less agree, but i genuinely love greninja and doc as chars but simply cannot play them because they either bring me negative joy or in docs case, he is supremely unviable and loses to almost every char
