people said the same thing when bayo first got nerfed. I don’t think joker has much time left unless sakurai just blows it but yeah unless terry is crazy or theres buffs to other characters i think the meta will start to focus more around joker as a whole

I agree w all your points except for Kuma lol he has proven to be able to do it with multiple chars, Arsene needs a slight nerf and joker is fine, honestly adjust fair knockback and size of bair and he’s fine

kumas also a known cp’er if hes lost to anybody lol after Q beat him in 4 he started going fox after i beat him he started going joker and now he mains him when raffi would beat him in 4 he would go fox, in this game he went roy even after he went more focused on joker

then dm was beating him in this game and he went mario, hes known for that, but is also very good so he CAN do that, but the point is he MAINS joker, whos the best, and cps anyone who does scares him with a bad mu

also he needs more than a “slight nerf” to arsene, that shit needs to be gutted. It inflates hitboxes, does insane damage, and overall makes joker a significantly more broken char on top of that, he needs nerfs to either his frame data, his damage output, or just single moves

His frame data is super crazy lol, and his neutral is lowkey buns. Don’t see the point in fitting Arsene, think it would be healthier to nerf his time active and how fast it decreases at that point.

his neutral is insanely good, he has broken anti approach and anti air options, moves that are mostly safe on shield unless you are one of like 5 chars (gnw, mario, doc, etc who get bodied in other ways), does insane shield damage to the point where he can just poke and kill
