its been so hard being an exciled fan these days. I haven’t felt good about a tournament in forever now, i just want to confidently enter bracket and not have my body mentally shut down every time. i have no one to blame for myself, though. I should have gotten help a lot sooner

to me it sounds like you're extremely burnt out but too addicted to drop it for a bit and get some stamina/mental clarity back i think a week or so without any smash could go a long way but that's just my two cents
